Before founding CyCom Solutions, Inc., Christine Muser held various positions in Sales Operations, Business Information and IT at Aventis Pharmaceuticals, a Global Fortune 500 company.  During her tenure with Aventis and its predecessor companies, Christine developed the ability to communicate effectively both in business and IT settings.  This skill proved crucial to supporting the success of several major product launches, co-marketing arrangements and sales force restructuring efforts. On numerous occasions, Christine's efforts on behalf of these projects were recognized with department awards and commendations by senior leadership.

With over a decade of experience in Sales Operations and Business Information, Christine has guided, managed and worked on all aspects of information management including business requirements development, data analysis, systems design/implementation, vendor management, data warehousing, decision support, report generation, data scrubbing, sales force automation, user training and system roll-out communications.  

Christine participates in the Kansas City chapter of the Independent Computer Consultants Association and is an active member of the Suburban Toastmasters club.
